Pilates Private Session:
This form of practice completely specializes your workout to your individual needs and goals. It is recommended to begin your practice with a few private sessions before joining group classes in order to learn Pilates principles, body mechanics, and to create steps toward your fitness goals. Private sessions give careful attention to injury recovery, postpartum, or particular muscle groups that need strengthening before moving on to more intense training.
Pilates Duet Session (2:1):
Duet sessions are considered semi-private yet still highly individualized for each of your needs and goals. This is a great option if you have a committed workout partner.
Pilates Group Classes:
These classes are a fun option if you enjoy working with others toward common goals and crave accountability in fitness.
Pilates Group Equipment Class (up to 5:1):
Group equipment classes are for groups of 3-5 and will use different apparatuses in the studio, including the Pilates Reformer.
Pilates Mat Group Class (6:1):
This form of Pilates focuses primarily on endurance and flexibility by using your own body as resistance, along with some assists such as the magic circle, theraband, and foam roller. It is recommended to have completed several private lessons so that you understand fundamental body awareness before joining a group mat class.
